“Worst maintenance in entire JVC. Binghatti must recheck if the maintenance given to someone. Regret investing here. Only attraction is pool in apartment and its not working from months and no one care to repair even after multiple complaints. My bedroom wall glass is broken from outside due to may be bad quality of glass, and its in danger situation that it might fall down and kill someone or many, no one care to come and check even after many escalation. Worst receptionist and security team.”

“Everthing so nice but a guy who works at a pool is not interested in things going on here. Birds come and put things in the water and dead animals and he can’t care less.”

“The security staff is extremely unprofessional, especially Rupika and the rest of the guards. They allow property viewings only if agents pay them, otherwise they refuse access. As agents, we should be able to conduct viewings without being asked for unofficial payments or commissions. This is a serious issue, and Binghatti should take immediate action against such behavior. There should also be a proper feedback or complaint system in place for tenants, owners, and visitors to report these kinds of problems. Such practices damage the reputation of the building. Based on my experience, this is the worst security management I have encountered. It does not reflect a professional security system at all, and strict action should be taken immediately.”

“The security guards in the building need proper training on how to speak and behave with tenants and agents. Especially Mustaq , whose behavior is not appropriate. Because of such behavior, the reputation of the building gets affected. Security staff should be helpful and professional, but instead they often create unnecessary problems for tenants and agents. I request management to please provide proper training to the security team before assigning them to the building.”
