“THIS IS DISCRIMINATION I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this building. I have been providing home beauty services to residents here for months without any issues. Today, I was refused entry simply because I am Ethiopian. I respect building policies, but policies should apply equally to everyone, regardless of nationality or race. No one should be treated differently because of where they come from. Dubai is known for being a multicultural and welcoming city. Discrimination has no place here. I hope the building management investigates this matter and ensures that all visitors are treated fairly, with dignity and respect. I am sharing my experience because no one should face unequal treatment based on their nationality.”

“THIS IS Discrimination If there is a zero review I would give less than zero we are living in Dubai and this building is choosing your race and nationalities my friend visit the building today and they didn't allow her to either just because she is from Ethiopia they have to call police on her for her to be able to enter their I never heard of this kind of racist topic in Dubai ever as Ethiopia I would like to be treated differently because we all are human and it just colors different if uae allow us to live and work a simple building doesn't have the right to tell us not to either to the building shame on this management”

“Today I visited Binghatti Phoenix Apartments in JVC to provide a home salon service for one of my clients. I have been visiting this building regularly for the past 5–6 months to provide salon services. Every previous visit was smooth. The security staff only asked for my Emirates ID and then allowed me to enter. Today, however, I had a very upsetting experience with one of the security guards. I handed him my Emirates ID as requested. After seeing that I am from Ethiopia, he immediately told me that Ethiopians are not allowed to enter. He did not ask why I was there or check whether I had a valid appointment. He simply refused to let me in. I explained that I have been entering this building for the past several months to provide home salon services and asked him to check the building’s system or contact my client. I also requested to speak with the building manager. I told him that if my client approved my visit and I had all the required documents, there should not be any issue. Instead of listening to me, he threatened to call the police, and he did. When the police arrived, they confirmed that I was allowed to enter. I have lived in Dubai for 10 years, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I felt discriminated against because of my nationality. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of where they come from. I hope this incident is investigated and that appropriate action is taken to ensure no one else experiences this kind of treatment.”

“One of the worst real estate investment experiences I’ve ever had in the UAE. My experience with Binghatti has been extremely disappointing from both an investor and end-user perspective. 1. They cashed the handover cheque nearly 7 months before the actual handover date. Despite multiple complaints and requests, the amount was never refunded or adjusted. My funds were taken for months without justification, depriving me of the ability to invest or benefit from my own money during that period. 2. The project handover was significantly delayed compared to the date contractually communicated and committed. 3. The handover process itself was handled very poorly. The focus appeared to be on pushing units through delivery rather than genuinely resolving snagging and quality issues. Most concerns were treated superficially. 4. The post-handover maintenance quality during warranty has been unacceptable — especially recurring plumbing problems that have still not been resolved properly after almost 10 months. This has negatively impacted both the living experience and the investment value/rental potential of the unit. For a company positioning itself as a premium developer, the gap between branding and actual customer experience is massive. I strongly advise investors and buyers to think very carefully before investing in their projects unless there is serious improvement in customer care, accountability, construction quality, and after-sales support.”

“I own an apartment here and I’m very disappointed with the building management. First of all, there is a big problem with silverfish. Building management doesn’t care at all. All tickets / complaints in the system are closed and not trying to be solved. Finishing in the apartment is very poor. Since 2 months I’m trying to fix all the problems. Don’t recommend!”

“I am writing to bring urgent attention to a recurring issue at the Binghatti Phoenix JVC entrance. Residents are consistently obstructing the access way to the Melody Villa underground parking access opposite to it. Despite multiple complaints, the individuals involved remain argumentative and dismissive as we have complain in government portal as well. This lack of civic responsibility is being met with a complete lack of enforcement from management. I am calling on both Binghatti Phoenix Management and Nakheel JVC to take immediate corrective measures to ensure clear access and maintain community standards. The reason to write it here is to ensure that everyone can see as no one is listening to us!!”
