“One star for the location, the second for the Grandiose of the building itself. The walls in the corridors need to be repaired. There are bulges of decorative plaster, and fungus and mold are most likely growing under it. Elevators do not have ventilation and air conditioning systems, which makes them hot and stuffy. At least the building is low and the ascent and descent take a little time. The swimming pool is rarely cleaned and not cooled. The AC in the gym turns off at night, but the staff don't turn it on in the morning. Therefore, you can forget about the morning workout. First, you have to go to the gym to turn on the AC yourself and wait until the temperature becomes optimal. This happens after 2-3 hours. There is also a musty smell from dampness in the gym. Apparently, after the rains, the linoleum was not dismantled and the floor was not dried. Antifungal treatment has not been performed.”

“Disgusting building, apartments are tiny, design is terrible, toxic mold everywhere - both in corridors and in the apartment, balcony door handles break all the time, no storage, terrible smell, high humidity - we had to buy a dehumidifier. Moving to this building was a huge mistake. Think a hundred times before taking housing here.”

“We’ve been living in the building for 1 year. Here is my honest review: Pros: I’ll say this building fits under the affordable luxury category, rent is affordable compared to many places in Dubai right now, and what you get in terms of design and finishings for the money you pay is fair. The maintenance and security staff are very kind and helpful. The building always smells nice and all the common areas are clean and well maintained. Modern design. This part of the neighborhood is pretty quiet, so you go to sleep in silence and wake up with birds singing by your window. There is a Grandiose supermarket in the ground floor. Close to access routes. The pool and gym are pretty and clean. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Mainly young families and young couples living here. Cons: The apartments are smaller that the average, however is something one can live with. There are some humidities in the apartments, but I guess is normal because the weather and AC in Dubai. However, it is a nightmare to get it fixed because it is not clear whose responsibility is to fix it, if Binghatti or the building third party maintenance, we keep calling and sending emails but no one replies. The materials of the doors, kitchen, bathrooms could be better, and the apartments don’t have built in closets, but once again is very fair for the money you pay. The walls are not the thickest ones, sometimes you can hear what’s going on above or next to your apartment.”
