“Worst apartment ever. Construction quality is very poor. My apartment was "maintained/repaired" 5 times now for water leakage and until now it is still not solvved. The Binghatti call center is extremely unprofessional, same as the supposedly maintenance team, if they show up for an appointment... Never purchase Binghatti again...”

“Worst apartment and experience. The cleaning of the building is inconsistent and we had cockroaches coming inside our apartment, kitchen and even bedroom. They don’t clean the garbage room or the floors consistently. plus many other issues such as the washing machine, thin walls and stinky sinks. If you’re considering moving here save your self the headache and don’t.”

“Oh the worst building in the world. The construction is terrible. The smart panels break weekly. I am worried what will happen when the one year warranty expires as i need repair people come all the time. Brand new building but i have had two water leaks. If you have the private swimming pool apartment then you have even more issues. The pools are just giant mosquito ponds. Cant change the temperature of the water. Cant plug anything in to clean them. SUCKS TO BE HERE. GET ME OUT”

“Unfortunately we have had a bad experience. Many issues with the construction build. The walls are paper thin. I can here my neighbours do everything. Also now the retail on the ground floor is an amazon delivery centre. The drive way is therefore constantly blocked by delivery drivers. Just another annoying thing to live with.”

“We live in this building since 3 weeks. I was scared, seeing the comments here but we did not face any of them. Parking is perfect, no noise, pool and gym are very nice. The flat is perfect. I believe it may depend on luck sometimes but our experience is very good, we love it here!”

“Looked great at first but this building is one false mirror. All the smart home things break. Water leaks. The water in the taps are yellow. Drains stink. Private pools are just giant bath tubs which need proffesional cleaning twice a week. Oh I hate this building and I could never recommend this building.”
