“I honestly would not recommend living in this building, mainly because of one major issue: there is absolutely no privacy.
The walls between apartments are unbelievably thin. You can hear everything from both sides—left and right—as if you are sharing the same space. Normal, everyday sounds don’t just carry… they feel like they’re happening inside your own apartment.
You can clearly hear:
• Neighbors talking on the phone
• Conversations word for word
• TVs playing
• Kids laughing, playing, and screaming
• Doors, movement, and daily routines
I can even hear when my neighbor is plugging the charger in the wall!!
It genuinely feels like you are living inside your neighbors’ apartments. There is no sense of separation at all. Even very private sounds can be heard, which makes the situation extremely uncomfortable and intrusive.
To make things worse, during a renovation in the neighboring apartment, workers actually punctured through my wall because of how thin and weak it is. The material inside is not proper concrete—it’s closer to foam or board, which is shocking for a residential building.
Another major issue is the fire alarm system, which goes off almost daily—sometimes 2–3 times a day. Every time it happens:
• Elevators stop working for 10–15 minutes (very frustrating, especially when you’re rushing to work)
• Gas supply gets cut off while cooking, and it can take 1–2 hours to come back
This is extremely disruptive to daily life.
Other problems include:
• Very loud AC noise inside the apartment
• Poor cleanliness in common areas—corridors and elevators are often dirty, mirrors rarely cleaned
• The trash chute noise is incredibly loud, like an explosion, especially noticeable on lower floors
Overall, the lack of privacy alone makes this building very difficult to live in. Combined with the other issues, it creates a frustrating and uncomfortable living environment.”

“This building used to be beautiful and deserved a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, due to poor management and leadership by R., it has deteriorated to a point where it is no longer livable. We are leaving because of the management and we are not the only ones. Several of our neighbors have already moved out as well.
Two elevators have been out of service for over a month.
Yes, we understand that the building management claims to be waiting for approval from the insurance company before repairs can be carried out. However, the real problem is this: residents are left waiting for weeks with no solution, while still paying full maintenance fees. At this point, tenants feel mocked and deceived.
Instead of real action, residents are met only with delays, excuses, and empty promises. “Next week.” “Next week.” “Next week.”
Nothing happens. This is an absolute disgrace.
The remaining elevators are regularly overcrowded, often with 9–10 people crammed inside. Waiting times are absurd.
I suffer from claustrophobia. Due to the overcrowding, I often cannot enter the elevator at all. I have waited over 30 minutes just to be able to go upstairs. Going downstairs, I sometimes take the stairs, an 8-minute walk, which is still faster and more reliable than waiting for the elevator. Management simply does not care.
Now imagine a real emergency. What happens if another elevator fails? The situation is already unsafe.
This is not theoretical. We had a medical situation where a doctor was delayed by more than 30 minutes because the elevators were not functioning properly.
The overall condition of the building continues to decline:
The terrace is increasingly dirty and neglected
The building smells musty
There have been multiple water pipe bursts
At one point, residents had no water for over 36 hours
Our shower smells like urine, likely due to a broken pipe
We recently had cockroaches in the apartment, on the 20th floor
Management’s response to all of this?
More excuses. More delays. More lies.
Announcements, notices, and hot air, but no solutions. Maintenance fees are collected, while basic services are not delivered. The way residents are treated is disrespectful and irresponsible.
This situation is completely unacceptable. We are done.
We are moving out and have already signed a new lease.
Ciao Kakao.
PS: Credit where it's due: the security team was always excellent. Thank you for that.”

“Fairly impressed by their commitment to cleanliness, the common area is cleaned every day. The building is in a good location, has a grocery & pharmacy nearby. 4 lifts (elevators) out of which 2 are always in working condition.”

“Not so bad. Too much construction 24 hours, and loud tourists revving their rental cars all throughout the night. This building is not really for families, loud music even until four or five in the morning and even after security he has alerted them they keep continuing. Also, this building management give permission for interior renovation for an apartment and did nothing to advise. The neighbours also was very disturbed from drilling from morning until 5 PM”

“I’ve been living here for a year and it’s been very disappointing. For over a month, my neighbors have been blasting music at 3 AM and 7 AM almost daily. I’ve raised over 100 complaints, but management only tells them to lower the noise nothing ever improves.
The walls are paper thin, I can hear everything, and smells from cooking and sewage come through the AC vents. There’s constant humidity inside the apartment, and the drains always smell. Even the elevators often have a bad odor. It’s clear they don’t properly maintain the building.
The only positives are the pool and the view, but they’re not enough to make up for all the issues.”

“Lived in Tower B for two years, 2022-2023. Very nice view. Walls are somewhat thin, if you have the wrong neighbors it can be annoying. Fortunately I had no problems. Gym is available. Great pool.”
