Bloom Towers is a development of five towers in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2017. It has 5 lifts. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Within 800 metres there are 6 shops, 4 pharmacies and clinics and 4 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 52k a year for a studio.
“I’ve called Bloom Tower B home for three years and have loved my time here. It’s a great community where things are well-looked after. While I didn’t use the pool, the sauna was great, and the reception staff are always so professional and sweet—they truly go out of their way to help.
The location in JVC is perfect, especially with the new bridge and road improvements finishing up. If you manage to get a balcony with a view, the New Year’s Eve fireworks are breathtaking. It’s been a wonderful place to live!”

“I've been living in this building for over six years, and during that time I've seen the management services improve significantly.
In my opinion, some of the 1-star reviews are unfair because they relate to disputes between tenants, owners, or rental agencies rather than the building or its management. Leaving a low rating while overlooking the quality of the services and facilities doesn't provide a balanced or accurate picture.
The building offers excellent amenities, including amazing swimming pools, two well-equipped gyms, and a consistently high standard of cleaning and maintenance provided by ASTECO.”

“Worst building and worst management company I have dealt with in Dubai. And it gets worse every year.
The new licence plate recognition system is the latest disaster. It simply does not work. I could maybe accept it at the entrance. But on the EXIT gate? Are you serious?
Today it failed again. I spent 15 minutes stuck in a queue of cars just trying to LEAVE the building. I almost missed my first meeting. In the afternoon - another 10 minutes trying to get back in.
See the attached photo. I can't enter. Two cars on the opposite side can't exit. Everyone is just stuck.
A message to the management company: this is just a residential building. Stop this madness. Put that energy into fixing the A/C instead - it has needed attention for a long time.
At this rate, I expect ID checks for pedestrians by next week.
The only good news: there is no reason to stay here anymore. JVC is full of better buildings at better prices.”

“"I want to express my deep gratitude to the administration and security team of Bloom Tower B. Thanks to your honesty, I was alerted in real time when representatives of the management company of unit 1308 illegally accessed my home. The building also allowed me to guard my belongings in the elevator area for three days after an extrajudicial eviction, demonstrating support that the management company denied me.
However, I publicly denounce JSR Global Vacation Home Rentals LLC:
1. Fraud with Check Figures: After the arrest of the worker involved in the theft of 20,000 AED (Police Case No. 225007029378), I was given seven (7) checks. Although it was intended to cover a smaller figure, the checks were deliberately issued for AED 25,711 with errors that prevent their collection. This is a fraud tactic to deceive justice and obtain the detainee's freedom under false promises.
2. Tax Evasion: I have evidence that the company uses 'Vacation Home' contracts for 6-month residential rentals, evading Ejari's registration and its tax obligations to the Dubai authorities.
3. Negligence with Minors: The cameras in the building recorded my youngest son waiting alone on the sidewalk after the illegal eviction carried out by the company.
REQUEST: I ask the Bloom Tower B administration to mediate before JSR Global for the immediate restitution of my 20,000 AED. I am reactivating the criminal case by denouncing this systematic fraud. I will not withdraw this warning until the capital is fully returned. The building must be protected from companies that operate with this level of irregularity."”

“The views are spectacular, but they are nowhere near worth having due to the extortionate price of the AC. I was at my apartment for four days during the month of July and the bill was in excess of 400 dirhams. This is absolutely ludicrous and shocking to say the least. There are plenty of other apartments in JVC that have amazing views and will certainly not put a dent in your pocket as big as Bloom Towers does. As if that’s not shocking enough, the bill for August was 710 dirhams and that’s with me having to switch off the AC at night due to the high pricing. Not worth it! I wish I knew this before I moved in. I really do.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
I have lived in Bloom Tower C for the last 2 years but will be looking to leave as soon as my contract expires.
Building is well designed, modern and has great amenities but unfortunately the build quality is very very poor.
- 0 sound proofing on the walls, they are made from cheap concrete - you will be able to hear you neighbours brush their teeth it’s that bad, (this is 0 exaggeration).
- Weak AC, the lowest temperature it will go is 23 degrees. I have had maintenance around many times and they have given up.
-Elevators fail at least once a week so most of the time the building shares one elevator
-The car park barrier fails every week
-Most of the floors stink of smoke because security doesn’t stop people from smoking inside
And the most frustrating thing of all is the management do not help with anything, I have submitted over 25 emails and even more WhatsApp complaints regarding noise and nothing is ever done.
It is a shame because the building is brilliantly located within JVC and has a great modern design. If you are looking to rent, think twice - if you are looking to buy the ROI is high so is still probably worth it.”
