“Could be a peaceful and good building if well managed, but it’s not the case. Apartments are big, but there’s no peace. Kids screaming, running and banging doors until late night. Security doesn’t do anything because their parents don’t care. Backyard/balcony only on 1st floor apartments, however you will suffer with pidgeons dirtiness and people throwing stuff out of their windows - and even if you put a tent, it’s risky to have it burned by neighbors’ cigarettes and no compensation or action taken. Management cleans the garbage room once a week and sometimes it takes even more time for the common areas, which leads to cockroach infestation. I don’t trust using the gym equipments, neither the pool, because of that. Security? Inexistent. They barely speak English and anyone can enter freely the building without registering. Sellers putting papers and knocking at your door offering water. And all of this for almost 60k in 2025 because RERA calculator is not taken into consideration by the management when readjusting the price of rent.”

“The building could be wonderful but no care is taken by the management. The building is infested with cockroaches and needs full maintenance as there are a lot of issues with the quality of the apartments.”

“Coackraches infestation in the building, dirty, staff is useless, management is worst. We got a water heater burst in unit, flood everywhere. Do not come here”

“Very poor response from agent RK Properties. Called them up thrice and expressed interest to take up an apartment but no proper reponse given at all. Guy named Reddy needs to learn how to manage clients. Makes me believe theres selective discrimination in terms of who gets to stay at the building. Plus got plenty of feedback to avoid dealing with RK Properties.”

“Beautiful newly bulit apartment bulding with all single bedroom, hall and kitchen units. Place is neat and clean with a security desk and car parking for residence. Its situated in a convenient, calm and quiet location.”
