Four lifts serve them, roughly 23 homes each. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is DMCC, about 25 minutes on foot, with the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram stop 16 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 25 places to eat, 1 shop and 1 pharmacy or clinic. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 280k a year for a 1 bed.

“Current resident in Residence 11. The front-desk and concierge staff are completely stripped of any ability to help with basic issues like access cards – if your key stops working or you lose it (both happened to me), they are not allowed to reissue it and you must write an email, wait for roaming security to come with the machine, which usually takes at least 30 minutes. A simple, everyday task like giving a new key to a known resident requires an email, management approval, and then instructions to security to physically come over, so the staff always look helpless This lack of trust to their own staff, this level of unnecessary level of bureaucracy is unacceptable. This place feels not welcoming, , does not feel like home and am already looking for an alternative residence.”

“Used to be a great place to live, unfortunately now it’s home to absolutely shameless groups people causing disturbances constantly and ruining the quiet atmosphere. security and community management won’t enforce anything as that would take effort.”
