“Worst building, especially on customer experience, maintenance, absolute no ownership for the building issues, especially parking! If someone takes your parking, they say it’s not our problem, and block your cards to enter the building, and issue fines to re-unlock the cards. Absolute horrible reputation, and trying to look for abusive ways on how to make money of their residents. On the phone with an employee named LAMIS, zero attitude and zero language! I’m here stuck at the entrance after a long hard day, not allowed to enter in my own parking that I paid for! God is my witness.. where necessary, will definitely be escalating to authorities.”

“Extremely Disappointing Experience – Disturbance to Residents.Holiday home operations in Blue Waves residential building have become a serious concern for permanent residents. Guests frequently cause noise disturbances, misuse common areas, and show little regard for building rules or resident privacy. This has significantly affected the peaceful living environment the building is supposed to offer. What’s more frustrating is the lack of responsibility and response from the management. Complaints are ignored and issues keep repeating without any long-term solution. There is no accountability, no effective guest control, and no respect for the residents who actually live here for a long time. A residential building should not feel like an unregulated hotel. Until proper management, stricter guest screening, and genuine complaint resolution are implemented, I would strongly discourage home stays in this building or change of an Owners Association Buntalmustabal who is irresponsible and not adhering to RERA on managing building after countless escalations.”

“DO NOT RENT there . Building is a nightmare, construction work noise from site everyday from 7 am to 7pm And there is one site working 24h 1:30 am I spoke to the site manager and the answer was simply call the police, called the police and they say call dubai authorities . DO Not waste your money on this building”
