“Great building. It’s not new but perfectly clean and in good conditions. The building is calm and quiet, well maintained. The surroundings are pleasant, with mostly small buildings, and there is no construction nearby to the contrary of many newer buildings. Lastly it’s well located with mini markets just down and in the street, close to nice coffee places and bar.”

“I have lived here for 9 months, and it has been a wonderful experience. The building is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Management is quick to help whenever needed. The location is quiet yet close to shops, restaurants and main road. I would highly recommend Botanica JVC”

“The building as such is new and in good condition, however there’s extensive noise and dust pollution due to the construction site nearby, please bear in mind before moving in”

“I have been living in botanica for a while now and I highly recommend it for families. It’s a clean building with all facilities at walking distance. The facility management company is stratum who is always there to listen when required. Though the amenities (only a pool and gym) are v basic but still livable as it’s compensated by other factors. Recommended!”
