“Lovely green neighbourhood and great skyline of JLT for view , swiming pool, well kept place, easy availability of ibn mall and well connected by bus 42 and 43. Multicultural. Great space for kids to play and enjoy. In evening I see many yoga sessions, cricket games , football games happening around me and on weekends it even more beautiful. Great for morning and evening walks. House depends on the keeper, but area itself is superclean. Many varities Birds always keep chirping. This place is little on the cooler and greener side than rest of the dubai. Whole place is fittied with drip irrigation pipe system ( even roadside) with additional small fountain like things in main gardens of b…”

Great space for kids to play and enjoy. In evening I see many yoga sessions, cricket games , football games happening around me and on weekends it even more beautiful. Great for morning and evening walks. House depends on the keeper, but area itself is superclean. Many varities Birds always keep chirping. This place is little on the cooler and greener side than rest of the dubai. Whole place is fittied with drip irrigation pipe system ( even roadside) with additional small fountain like things in main gardens of buildings which make this place less sandy and dusty. Flowers, trees are plenty so birds of many varieties ( parrots, woodpecker, white pigeons etc) and cats.”
