“Everything about this place is great—nice atmosphere, good climate, and overall pleasant ambience. However, the parking situation is extremely hectic. We have to enter the building before 5:30 PM just to find a parking spot. Ideally, every resident should have at least one allotted parking space, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Because of this issue, we’re now planning to vacate. There’s no freedom to go anywhere in the evenings, because we have to rush back before 6 PM to secure parking or we will get parking fine for obstructive parking. It has become very tiring and stressful. I really hope the management treats this as a serious issue, but so far nothing has been addressed.”

“The security guard in this building is very bad, speaks inappropriate words, treats him very badly, and acts like a state security officer. I went to visit my friend, just a regular visit, so he wouldn't let me in and started asking for my identity. He's really rude. I wouldn't recommend buying a house there or even renting because he would be rude with your guests and with you. the.”

“Wooow this is my favourite place ever ,I wish could have a room for free atleast for 1yr with my family, the security is very tight and I like the security man on street 3 building 85, indeed he has customer care, his cool , his black Indian”
