“Awful place , please avoid at all cost. I stayed there for over a month and I hated it . 1. A LOT of cockroches ( even after 2 pest controls ). 2. Pigeons pooping on balconies and diving into windows at 6-7 am almost everyday . 3. Lack of hygiene in the whole building ( especially the gym ). 4. Awfully poor customer service . AVOID AT ALL COST.”

“This hotel was my childhood in 2022 the pool was nice the gym was good and had all the equipment but the lifeguard was rude my family is Muslim and my sister use to wear a t shirt and trouser to the pool and lifeguard said wear proper clothes to pool or don't come and the rooms were cozy and cool”

“I stayed at Burj Sabah for almost four months and had a great experience. The building is well-maintained, with good facilities and a comfortable living environment. The location is convenient, and the security and management team were always helpful. A special thanks to Irfan, who made the renting process smooth and hassle-free. He was professional, responsive, and always ready to assist whenever needed. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable agent.”

“Very good experience with Burj Sabah staff. The agent Irfan was always on time for viewings, did all the work smoothly. Apartment was absolutely clean and he made sure he provided all necessary information and stuff needed. He's very trust worthy, honest and transparent, on top of all, very professional in his business. Thanks.”

“I've been comfortable these days visiting Dubai. Burj Sabah has a quiet, friendly and harmonious neighborhood. Surrounded by very well-maintained and relaxing parks. Very close you have food shops, barbershops, spas. Convenient. The building has a pool and gym open until 10pm.”

“Unprofessional and dishonest management staff. Personal checks lost without ever reporting it. Deposit withheld for no reason. The furnitures old the building is infested with cockroaches. Highly unrecommended.”
