“I Would't say the best cuz its got me off gaurd cuz the park is rlly messy, My bike was lost in the basement they threw bikes and scooters everywere and they didnt write a notice and my Old bike is now gone and the swimming pool is closed ryt now i would say a MID No joke Has room for improvement. Overall Great view.”

“Very bad experience with extremely strict and unhelpful management.
I had my Ejari, tenancy contract, keys, and move-in approval. I arrived around 7 PM with all my belongings in a pickup, but security refused to let me move in because their allowed moving hours are only 9 AM to 5 PM.
Even worse, they refused to let me temporarily keep my belongings in my own flat’s parking space until the next morning. No one from security, management, or the real estate agency was willing to help.
I had no choice but to pay the pickup driver almost triple to keep everything overnight and return the next morning. Extremely frustrating and disappointing management with zero flexibility.”

“The flat maintenance is on the tenant side..
The basement exit is poorly designed and very tight; it is easy to scrape the right-side bumper against the wall if you are not extremely careful while exiting.
The building does not have chilled water supply, so be prepared for very hot tap water during the summer months.
On some floors, children frequently play in the common areas, which can become quite noisy, especially during evenings and weekends.
Management is generally strict regarding payment terms and rent renewals. Requests for additional flexibility, such as holding cheques for a few extra days, are usually not accommodated. Rent renewal negotiations can also be challenging, as rental rates tend to remain high despite changing market conditions.
On the positive side, the security staff are cooperative, helpful, and responsive.”
