Celestia is a development of three towers in Dubai South, Dubai, with 2 apartments between them. The towers are Celestia A, Celestia B and DAMAC Celestia. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2009. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. On foot it rates as car required. Registered rents start around AED 40k a year for a studio.

“The worst building I have ever come across the managment are horrible people the staff are shocking the pool is overly hot in the summer the don’t clean the bird pop there are around 30000 children screaming in the dinning area the worst person I come across I personally think loams and white spot and this building are vile the place was nice now it stinks I would avoid this place They removed the water from the gym but only kept it there when there was an inspection but removed the following day I have been here 2 weeks I would never come to this building ever again”

“Really no coment for this building. Building is nice and clean - there no issues. But 3 days already i can't enter garage. All good in app , 3 nights security promise they will fix mistake, I still can't enter ... I work in hospitality, so imagine how is that after 14h shift you must park outside , go inside to inform someone to open and then go to garage. And no one , literally no one wants to help in days. Shame”

“Damac Celestia is a great place to stay—clean, modern, and very well maintained. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with good-quality furniture and a nice layout. The building amenities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, gym, and parking facilities. The location is calm and peaceful, ideal for both short and long stays. Security and maintenance services are professional and responsive, which makes the stay hassle-free. Overall, it offers very good value for money, and I would definitely recommend Damac Celestia to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Dubai.”

“The curved parking entry in basement is our of mind activitt. If you want to damage your car, you can surely get the apartment here. I think the one who design the parking way was a not a real engineer or either he never got paid so he took a revenge.”

“DON’T live in any building managed by LOAMS Loams is One of worst building managment they don’t clean or do anything just don’t live here. The management team in the building are mostly useless they don’t help treat you as they own the building they damaged the ac pipleline in my apartment and refuse to fix it . They don’t clean the building and when you talk to them they say send emails you send email no reply . If you think to rent her just don’t I wouldn’t advice living her at all . Maximum rent i pay her 35000 aed for 1 bedroom you will be literally living in bird shit allday everyday”

“I was about to buy an apartment and then changed my mind, they were sending me emails almost everyday and call me in my 2 numbers and even whatsapp call, they were harassing me everyday. I felt bad because i really loved the apartment but when i saw all these reviews i felt relieved and knew that i made the best decision. Report the review of 2021 cuz they keep reporting it. Thank you to all those who take time to aware us”
