From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Really frustrated with the poor building quality and lack of proper maintenance. This cabinet issue is just one example out of dozens we’ve dealt with. We’ve been reporting it since April 19, clearly said it needed replacing, and they kept delaying. In the end, they just put the same moldy, rotted cabinet back in! Horrible quality, poor maintenance service, delays and no proper following up. like they’re trying to push you out so they can pass this nightmare on to the next tenant.”
