Centrium Tower is a development of four towers in Dubai Production City, Dubai, with 201 apartments between them. The towers are Centrium Tower 1, Centrium Tower 2, Centrium Tower 3 and Centrium Tower 4, the tallest of them 29 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2015. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Within 800 metres there are 14 places to eat, 6 parks and gyms and 4 shops. On foot it rates as walkable. Registered rents start around AED 53k a year for a 1 bed.

“Nice society with multi storey parking space. There is a small daily Mart at the entrance of the building for daily needs. Elevators are smooth, clean premises, gym area, swimming pool facilities are there.”

“Centrium Tower 4 is a really good building with a swimming pool and an exceptional gym and jogging track, including a sauna. Also note, City Centre Me’aisem is less than a minute walk for fast people. :/// btw I’ve been living here for about a long time”

“Absolutely the worst building management I have ever dealt with. Over three years, I faced countless issues that were never properly resolved: Severe cockroach infestation in one of the apartments that took over two months to fix Poor maintenance and unreliable services including utilities and amenities. I had to complain more than 10 times yet the management consistently failed to take meaningful action. The final straw was during my move-out. The delay was caused by the chiller company and I provided clear email evidence proving this. Despite that, the management ignored all documentation refused to acknowledge the facts, and still delayed my move-out causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and disregard for tenants is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind avoid this building at all costs here are far better-managed properties out there.”

“Been living for 1.5 years almost. The management team is fantastic. They respond on time and work towards improving the building consistently. The recent Mens gym shift was very good but don't know what the planning was after they upgraded the gym on ground floor and then shifted it to the 6th floor without really improving machines and items. The activities for community such as health check drive and womens health awareness was also very well thought off. Would recommend adding more plants and trees in hallways, corridors and the GYM. 12 minutes drive to JLT Connects to Sheikh Mhd Bin Zayed Road so everything is mostly 20 -25 minutes max. Al fay rd connects to al khail road so again most places are close by Meisam city center is 5 minutes walk and it has a carrefour so thats very good as well. New Mosque is 10 minutes walk Would recommend the management to talk to governing bodies to get some sort of park area allotted next to Meisam so kids can go and enjoy”

“I am a 2BHK flat owner directly from the builder and have witnessed the place evolve. It offers the best value for families, complete with all modern amenities—you name it, it’s there within the four towers. The layouts inside the apartments utilize space efficiently, leaving no room for waste. The community is excellent. The buildings are easily accessible from all major roads in Dubai. And believe me, the best is yet to come with the arrival of Etihad Rail, Dubai Metro, and multiple flyovers and roads in the vicinity. And finally, about prices and rentals, it has witnessed the steepest rise in recent times.”

“Absolutely love living here in Centrium Towers, just minutes away from JBR, Marina and with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Amenities are top-notch, from the huge temperature controlled pool to the well equipped, gender -separated gyms and kids pool as well as plays areas, plus with a Carrefour City Center nearby. It’s a perfect family-friendly spot.”
