“lived in the building for 3 years, . Its Overpriced. No signal inside appartments beacuse of other buildings next to each other . Cockroaches always in corridors and inside the house. Alarm system goes off at least twice a week for no reason. Sewerage smell in the kitchen. Pets are not allowed but you see tenants with pets in the building and elevators. AC is full of dust and smell very bad. When you ask owner to clean, he says it’s on tenant. Sand land next to the building so cars, balconies & AC always dusty. I’m glad I left the building. DON’T RECOMMEND STAY AWAY! I”

“DON’T RECOMMEND STAY AWAY! I lived in the building for 2 years. The staff and security are very nice and polite and building decoration is nice, but that’s all. Overpriced. Very thin walls. Sound isolation is bad. You hear your neighbors, street and corridor voices. Cockroaches always in corridors and inside the house. Alarm system goes off at least twice a week for no reason. Sewerage smell in the kitchen. Pets are not allowed but you see tenants with pets in the building and elevators. AC is full of dust. When you ask owner to clean, he says it’s on tenant. Sand land next to the building so cars, balconies & AC always dusty. Shower hot water works on solar system for the whole building. It was broken and we had no hot water for more than one month!! Driven real estate agents are rude and unprofessional. They have an office in the same building and will charge you a ridiculous fee for contract renewal. I’m glad I left the building. Avoid it, there are much better buildings in JVC. And all the positives reviews are building staff :)”

“I have lived in The building for the past 13 months, in general the building is good with good decoration, service staff and guards are very polite, spaces are medium, over priced, apartment electrical plans and switches position are confusing, and the alarm system works at least 3 times a week with no reason in the building, balconies are redicoilas small, sound insulation is a disaster specially with the pets noises(dogs and cats), parking spaces is very small for SUV's and the pool is small. Don't sign the contract through driven real estate as you will get screwed with renewal fees and other hidden terms in the contract, try to reach the owner directly. Yea the ac vents are full of dust even after cleaning and needs service evrey 3 months. Doesn't have the value for the money paid.”
