What one reviewer said

“I am a professional snagging inspector with over six years of experience in Dubai with more than 1500 snagging conducted so far. During my career, I have carried out snagging inspections across numerous projects by different developers. Some developers meet expectations, some fall short, and a few truly stand out. I have seen extensive marketing and promotions from many developers, but interestingly, I have never seen marketing advertisements from Condor. However, based purely on actual site experience, I can confidently say that the construction quality delivered by Condor is exceptional. I have personally conducted snagging inspections at Concept 7 Residences and Golflinks, Dubai Sports…”

“I was completely blown away by the exceptional quality and thoughtful design at Condor Golf Links 18. The amenities here are world-class, starting with a beautifully illuminated lobby that sets a very refined tone. The rooftop is spectacular, boasting two crystal-clear pools, comfortable sunbeds, and a unique outdoor entertainment space with a huge screen. Fitness enthusiasts will also love the gym equipped with the latest Technogym gear and floor-to-ceiling scenic views. Besides, the staff is very kind and helpful. A flawless blend of comfort, elegance, and premium facilities!”

I have personally conducted snagging inspections at Concept 7 Residences and Golflinks, Dubai Sports City, and the overall quality, finishing standards, and attention to detail are among the best I have encountered so far. From a snagging inspector’s perspective, this speaks volumes about the systems and people behind the project. I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire team behind Condor, and especially Mr. Jobish and Mr. Sibin, for their outstanding customer care. Their level of professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care toward property owners—and even third-party snagging inspectors—is truly commendable. Quality construction combined with strong customer support is rare, and Condor has clearly achieved that balance. Respect to the team for setting such a high standard”
