What one reviewer said

“We had a wonderful 3-day staycation at the Hyatt Regency Creek Heights, and the experience was truly excellent. We booked a 3-bedroom accommodation, and it was incredibly spacious, quiet, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. The ambiance was calm and peaceful, making it easy to unwind and fully enjoy our time. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming—from the gym and pool areas to the reception. We would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Karim at reception. He was very approachable, easy to talk to, and accommodated our request smoothly without any hassle. We also appreciate the kindness of the security staff and bellman, who were equally helpful and professional.…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Honestly 10/10 in everything - cleanliness, accommodation and price. We always book with them and they never fall short. The brother/Rafiq had an issue with us and resolved it and didn't fall short, and he even gives you all the information and details for your stay - truly didn't fall short. Thank you all.”
