“I gave it a star just to write a comment. The management is garbage, there are all kinds of problems, zero out of ten. I don't recommend anyone live in it. The card/lift is broken every day and I have my clothes and everything in my apartment. I waited a long time and was late for work while I was waiting for them to open the door. It doesn't deserve it at all. There are many fancy places you can live in. Expensive for nothing, there's nothing special about it.”

“It’s a huge disaster. The reception is very rude and unprofessional. This global stay they’re not qualified as a company. Their employee luck of professionalism, training and experience. And an apology after apology is not the way to fix things. I stay here for few months already, never again.”

“Very bad service in RECEPTION!!!!! Don’t rent any apartment in this building! The access card is suddenly not working, reception asked to apply MOVE IN on Damac living app. But the phone number / WhatsApp did not receive any OTP. it is not my issue. It is the app or Damac issue. But reception still not allowing to activate the access card even after Ejari / all documents provided Very very bad service!!!!!!!!!!!”

“We stayed here for a week visiting our daughter, who rents an apartment on the top floor. To say it's luxurious doesn't even begin to describe it. How wonderful it is here cannot be put into words. Very pleasant staff. The building has a shop, restaurant, café, and on the 8th floor there's a huge heated pool complex. There's also a bar. This is a place for luxurious leisure or living. There are few such places on our planet with such quality of service and maintenance. And the city view deserves a separate 10*. The best vacation of my life. Thank you to the staff for everything. I recommend everyone visit here!”
