“I just move to this building recently. Facilities not good. Only 1 lift working. Gym was converted to flat. No maintenance for swimming pool. Update:12/06/24: both lift are now working. I hope they fix the swimming pool too so we can use it this summer.”

“Elevators are frequently under maintenance. Yearly increments of rent are contradictory to the maintenance they're providing.”
