Boulevard Central is a development of two towers in Downtown Dubai, Dubai, with 191 apartments between them. The towers are Boulevard Central Tower 1 and Boulevard Central Tower 2. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. The nearest Metro is Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, about 15 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop 2 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 99 places to eat, 10 shops and 6 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as walkable. Registered rents start around AED 73k a year for a studio.

“One of the best complex in Dubai. It was always clean and the staff full of good vibes, always ready to help and to cheer you up with a smile or a good word. The swimming pool had a very nice view of the Burj Khalifa, it was very beautiful especially at night.”

“I recently visited my friend who was staying at Boulevard Central, and I was impressed. The location is completely unbeatable, its right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, making it so easy to walk to spots nearby. The apartment itself felt like a true home away from home. It was clean, modern and perfectly designed. the views from the building are beautiful, and the pool and gym facilities are top-notch. It’s a wonderful community with a great atmosphere. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient live in Dubai, this comes highly recommended!”

“An elegant and clean building in the heart of Downtown. Very close to Dubai Mall and on Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. Friendly service staff 24 hours. Cleanliness, elegance, and direct views of Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountain.”

“Multiple renovation works authorized by Emaar Community Management without effective noise control measures. 3rd time in the past 12 months. long duration renovation works (2 to 4 months) making it very hard to stay in the apartment for my family.”

“No reception. No phone service. Access cards malfunction. Cleanliness 10/5 (sarcasm). Once you enter, you're on your own. Sports car noise late at night. Curtains in the room don't block daylight from the sides. AC cooling power is average. Impossible to book again.”

“A tar hotel in the true sense of the word... there is no reception area... there are no phones in the rooms... the staff are from the African community and cannot be dealt with or understood... when we contact one person they give us another person to contact... the room air conditioning is hot”

“The complex location is distinctive near Burj Khalifa and the balconies have wonderful views - you can see the fountain shows from the apartment and the evening view of Burj Khalifa is wonderful. The apartments are family-oriented and have excellent services. The kitchen is complete with bathrooms that have washers and cleaning powder, and the internet is good. The pool is large and clean with a small gym, and the price is considered appropriate. The drawback is that apartment cleaning is not included - cleaning is charged separately.”

“The location is distinctive in the middle of Dubai, close to Dubai Mall within walking distance. As for the place, it's a clean residential building and I didn't face any problems. It's nice in an area close to everything, but the supermarket has high prices.”
