“Worst management ever. For 3 years, I have been complaining about rain water coming into the apartment. Every year there is a thermostat issue in summer which leads to crazy dewa bill. No response, no service and no action. They don't even respond to the emails and calls by the landlord. Water accumulates in the balcony and turns to a giant water poodle. Pathetic management!”

“Apartments are very nicely made with a lot of natural light coming in. I don’t need to switch on the lights during the day at all. The apartments are very spacious. The proximity to Hessa street is very good!”

“Unprofessional management (Bulechip) unprofessional (Night)security gaurd and this is first time i stay this type of building where if any tenets are playing loud music or doing noisy work in night time in the apartment and security guard is scared to tell them its not allowed……Worst experience no response no services nothing …from my side i will not give them even one star because of unprofessional behavior from the management and night security guard”

“A block of apartments in JVC. A security pad entrance which is hard to operate. However, the security guard Andy is friendly and helpful. Nicely kept facilities. Like most new places they are building them smaller but nice finishings.”

“Horrible infrastructure. the master bedroom is very noisy due to the layout of the draining pipeline layout of the upstair unit integrating with the AC outlet, i can hear water hammering every time someone uses the water upstairs. i can barely have a good night sleep Management is USELESS aka you are on your own once you have become a tenant. They dont have any maintenance onsite like other building. So if you have a leak, like i had the fist day of moving in, you need to wait a week by sending an “email” that no one reads and ended up going to the office myself to speak with someone higher. It’s ridiculous. For anyone who values sleep, wants to live peacefully without any hassle talking to people in charge that dont do their job, i dont recommend this place at all. A total regret.”
