“Stay away; even though the building is new, it has several issues that the developer, asset management, and contractor are not addressing. 1. Pest control issues. 2. AC doesn't work well. 3. No proper mobile or internet signal inside the building. 4. Rats in the surrounding area (i.e., parking). 5. Every two weeks or so that fire alarm is triggered at night/morning.”
