“Its the worst building to rent surrounded by 3 new buildings under construction it is very noisy moreover its the worst management especially Mohammed tosif the building manager who doesn’t even bother himself to solve the tenants problem or find any alternative solution ,i don’t recommend anyone to rent here”

“Lovely building,very good maintenance,pool and gyms thoroughly cleaned on regular basis..been a resident for 2 years and we more than happy ;no hidden costs dewa is within 400, chiller free,househelps available very easily. Location is very good,schools are nearby really good park behind the building;so many good supermarkets nearby..safe and less crowded..the kids love living here”

“We’ve been living in Durar B for a while now and our experience has been very positive. The building is clean, well-maintained, and has a friendly community feel. The management and maintenance team have been responsive whenever we needed assistance. The area is peaceful, family-friendly, and has good access to nearby groceries, schools, and highways. We’re happy to call Durar B our home!”

“This property need to improve maintenance and many of the facilities are not functioning properly. Additionally, there is a service charge of approximately AED 18 per square foot (including AED 5.18 for chiller charges). Hot water charges are also billed based on usage. If you're considering purchasing a property, here are some important tips to keep in mind: 1. Review Pros and Cons: Thoroughly evaluate all the advantages and disadvantages of the property. Ensure every detail is clearly mentioned in the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) from the developer. Verbal or email promises from real estate agents are not legally binding, based on my experience. 2. Verify Transactions and Details: Check recent sales transactions on DLD (Dubai Land Department) websites or platforms like Bayut. Pay attention to the building's completion date and other relevant details listed on the DLD site. 3. Beware of Provisional Fees: Ensure that none of the fees are listed as "provisional," as they may be subject to change later.”
