“Nice and strategic place in the middle of busy area in Al Barsha. It is behind Mall of the Emirates. It has nearby restaurants, Life Pharmacy, Supermarkets and near bus stop. Building is clean and well maintained.”

“We have been in this building from 2018, we never faced any issues as to maintenance response, admin & security, until 2-3 years ago when we started complaining about bad/foul smell in our office that hasn't been resolved since. It happen when we turb on the AC and smell stays the entire day. Maintenance could not point out what exactly the cause of this smell. We reached out several times but the problem still exist and we are still waitinf for them to resolve it as of writing this review September 2025.”

“This building has a stunning interior view going for it. Other than that, location is a bit out of the way, sandwiched between unimpressive buildings but I quite like it's architectural design.”
