“Zero rating, this building has the worst maintenance team ever.. maintenance team will attend minor request after more than a week. Emergency request will be attended more than 12hrs. The maintenance team declogged our drainage in the morning and then has to be continued at night which is supposed to be the sleeping time of my child who needs to wake up in the morning to go to school. We’re calling the manager of the building but doesn’t pick up the call.”

“In warsan 4, i believe this is the best building considering their building management, its cleaning, very calm building with a nice gym.24/7 security, maintenance assistant. Perfect for families. As family man i would suggest this building for your peaceful and enjoyable stay.”

“Very bad experience, the fire alarm regularly is comes up from day to day , sometimes times in mid night , and we walk up at 3am or 4am , and today was working for more than 10min continuously @7 am , it’s really horrible and awful. The management are not even offering an apology when we complained ( rude saying its not our matter , speak to security)”
