“Invested in 2008. Building still not completed (in 2023). Very very unprofessional Developer. Finally sold off my unit in 2019 for a huge loss. I had to sell at the time since needed urgent funding for my own small business that I had started. The investment was from my hard earned savings from a 9 to 6 job and therefore it took a long time to heal from the pain of the financial loss. In hindsight glad sold in 2019 because then 2020 pandemic happened and I probably would not have found any buyer for it.”

“The project location sports city is good. It overlooks the Els golf club. Great view from the apartments facing the golf. This project has taken too much time to complete. Even now it is 85% complete. In my opinion the handover will take at least one to two years.”

“It's July 2022 and building is not completed, it's still surrounded by metal fence and work is far from completion. There has been very little progress since last 4 years. I will not be surprised if handover will happen after another few years.”
