“Mid-quality building newly opened in the first quarter of 2023. The rent and sale price are slightly more expensive than other buildings in the area but still relatively cheap. The interiors look good but I'm not sure about the quality of the finishing as the exterior lighting on facades is faulty since the opening. It's shameful that nobody took care of it. It feels like the maintenance is not a priority there. Also, it's so sad that there isn't any sofa or armchair at the entrance and the security guard hasn't a proper workstation but a chair and a coffee table.”

“One of the worst accommodation experiences. The building smells bad and the air conditioning has no solution whatsoever - it's always broken and there are foul odours coming from the AC. The sounds outside the apartment are loud because of all the construction and poor insulation in the building. Unit 305 - the property owner is not cooperative at all. I do not recommend living in this building at all. There is no free external parking and the internal parking code is always dusty and uncovered. Maintenance is not good - there are always maintenance problems.”
