“Good place to reside. Have paid parking outside the building. The building is well maintained and has a separate gym for men and women, sauna and a swimming pool.”

“Elite 10 is not anymore like was before,play area so much dirt,elevators also so much trash,I don’t know what the management team doing with this building,people here are rude cooking with the open doors all the smells are coming in the apartment,have to throw up everyday because I’m pregnant . Force us to move …”

“Worst management experience I’ve had. The management here is unhelpful, unresponsive, and makes everything difficult on purpose. Every request turns into extra fees, delays, and excuses. Instead of supporting residents, they seem focused only on finding ways to charge more. Living here has been unnecessarily stressful because of how poorly things are handled. Definitely not recommended.”

“Avoid this building if you can. Very bad management. Security can’t speak proper English or be helpful. Pool is only accessible certain times of the day. Gym is not always open. The fire alarm has many false alarms going off. The stairwells are dirty, so are the lifts. If you can find accommodation elsewhere, you would yourself a favour.”
