“Don’t even want to give 1 star but no option for minus. Just waiting for my contract to get over so I can leave this apartment. Every week false alarm goes at an odd timing like middle of the night after 12am between 5 am and no proper explanation or details from security. It’s very frustrating for working people. Cleanliness is zero , for more than a day lobby was having foul smell and no cleaning or anything. Cockroaches are everywhere and pest control is waste.”

“This is my 3rd year started in this building. This is one of the Best Elite residence. Neat, clean and moat of all no cockroaches. Which is my nightmare to have them in your kitchen. I will rate this building more than 5 star full family building. The only issue i have is the pets. But its adjustable. Its over all a good experience. Thank you.”

“You don’t even deserve 1 star. How many times in a month should we evacuate a building? Every single week there is false alarm. That too at very odd hours. Today it was at 5am in the morning. There’s unnecessary rules and regulations for all other things. And the craziest part they wouldn’t give an office number, because ofcourse the residents would surely fire your guys. Can’t you guys fix a fire alarm. Don’t you feel ashamed of this? Pathetic! Please we request you to create a whatsapp group and inform if this is a an actual fire alarm or false alarm. Ugh really so damn frustrated with this shit!”

“We live near this building, and this is the second time this month that the fire alarm has gone off continuously for over an hour at 5 AM. It wakes up the entire neighborhood — children, families, everyone — and even forces residents to evacuate. This is absolutely crazy. How can a fire alarm system lose control like this with no proper remediation plan in place Where is the building management here ! I dont know u but u dont deserve even 1 star”

“The building is very bad and unclean, and infested with insects and cockroaches. There are violations for illogical things, and the fire alarm often malfunctions and causes a long time of disturbance.”
