“Don’t even want to give 1 star but no option for minus. Just waiting for my contract to get over so I can leave this apartment. Every week false alarm goes at an odd timing like middle of the night after 12am between 5 am and no proper explanation or details from security. It’s very frustrating for working people. Cleanliness is zero , for more than a day lobby was having foul smell and no cleaning or anything. Cockroaches are everywhere and pest control is waste.”

“The building is very bad and unclean, and infested with insects and cockroaches. There are violations for illogical things, and the fire alarm often malfunctions and causes a long time of disturbance.”

“Cannot recommend. Many cockroaches. I lived on the 1st floor and garbage constantly falls from the roof of the parking lot and from neighbors on upper floors. Despite requests to building management, the problem was not solved. There is an app for reporting that seemed quite convenient. Visually the building is in good condition. They regularly do cleaning. (but the cockroach problem remains unsolved). The gym is small and quite cozy. The pool is small. Grandios store is across the street. The mosque is nearby. If you are thinking of moving here, keep in mind that very early on it is very difficult to go for a walk. There are no bicycle paths, and if there are any somewhere, they are very small sections. Pay attention to the presence of COCKROACHES. This was my main reason for leaving the building.”

“Unbelievable rude security!!! Even owning apartment in this building doesn’t change anything doesn’t allow to park 30 mins in visitor parking or so by owning 1m aed apartments doesn’t give you right to park 30 mins to visit your apartment! But when needs to be paid service charge they send 3 million emails!!!!”

“You don’t even deserve 1 star. How many times in a month should we evacuate a building? Every single week there is false alarm. That too at very odd hours. Today it was at 5am in the morning. There’s unnecessary rules and regulations for all other things. And the craziest part they wouldn’t give an office number, because ofcourse the residents would surely fire your guys. Can’t you guys fix a fire alarm. Don’t you feel ashamed of this? Pathetic! Please we request you to create a whatsapp group and inform if this is a an actual fire alarm or false alarm. Ugh really so damn frustrated with this shit!”

“We live near this building, and this is the second time this month that the fire alarm has gone off continuously for over an hour at 5 AM. It wakes up the entire neighborhood — children, families, everyone — and even forces residents to evacuate. This is absolutely crazy. How can a fire alarm system lose control like this with no proper remediation plan in place Where is the building management here ! I dont know u but u dont deserve even 1 star”

“DO NOT ever rent in that horrible building if you value your sleep and resting time, I have been living in Dubai for a very long time & that is the worst building I have lived in for 7 years & I can't wait to move out soon, it became unbearable! At least twice a week you will be forced to evacuate the building because of a fire and every single time fire is between 2am till 7am! 2nd important thing it's full of roaches and RODENTS(rats).”

“Worst in maintenance. Fire alarm goes on mid night for four to five times and not just once , so many days the same issue but no explanation or anything. Atleast they should have some common WhatsApp group for tenants and if it’s not serious issue then security should let everyone know. Having an old people or young kid, going down every time alarm rings is total nonsense.”
