“The tower and the area are nice, but the management is poor. Their rules are not in favor of the residents at all, and they focus only on enforcing regulations without considering the residents’ comfort or safety. Any procedure takes a very long time to complete, even something as simple as repairing a faucet.”

“The management support is extremely disappointing. Everything is unnecessarily complicated, maintenance requests take far too long or receive no proper response, and getting any assistance feels like a struggle every single time. There is no efficient support system, no clear complaint process, and no sense of accountability. A management company should make residents’ lives easier, not more difficult.”

“I would say one of the best elite resident building, if compared with all other elite residence's building. View is very nice, specially towards the canal section. One benefit is one would have multiple bus options towards both production city and JVC, Motor City or ahead.”

“veiw is amazing, security guards are friendly, clean building, quiet area and many services are available nearby, problem is the fire Alarm it starts randomly”
