“It’s been a few months since I moved to Elite 6, Apartment 1002. It’s so quiet and clean, with a lovely view and a big balcony. The gym is very clean, and there’s also a nice big pool. I really love this place❤”

“Cockroaches, Rats & Ridiculous Rules — Worst Building Ever
I’m extremely dissatisfied.
Tired of cleaning, pest control, and the use of so many antibiotics in the room but still they are there
They are coming from the outside corridor, from the inside washrooms walls and ceiling,
There are cockroaches everywhere — in the corridors, elevators, and especially in the dirty garbage room. We keep calling pest control, but the problem never goes away.
Constant apartment breakdowns — and, incredibly, they charge 30 AED just for calling the maintenance team (not for fixing the issue itself). In other buildings, this is free.
This building offers neither comfort nor safety. I do not recommend living here.”

“I've been living in Elite 6 for almost a year. Amazing place, building is clean and security are very respectful and helpful. Amenities are good, too. There is a jacuzzi and a pool on the roof. Also, separated male and female gym with sauna. AC is good in the building but not perfect. Parking for each apartment is available , and outside parking is available too for free. You have everything you need nearby, like supermarkets, barbershop, and food.
Management is good, too, but they have some strict moving in/ out rules, but you can talk to them, and they will help.”

“Cockroaches, Rats & Ridiculous Rules — Worst Building Ever
I live in this building and I’m extremely dissatisfied.
1. Cockroaches everywhere — in the corridors, elevators, and especially in the dirty garbage room. We keep calling pest control, but the problem never goes away.
2. Rats in the parking area — in the past month, I’ve seen a huge rat twice while walking my dog in the evening. Once it ran straight towards us after being startled by a car.
3. Absurd pool rules — the pool closes for a “lunch break” at 12:00 noon, and you will be asked to leave even if you’re just sunbathing.
4. Constant apartment breakdowns — and, incredibly, they charge 30 AED just for calling the maintenance team (not for fixing the issue itself). In other buildings, this is free.
This building offers neither comfort nor safety. I do not recommend living here.”

“I live in this building, and while the location is good, there’s a major issue with cockroaches. Despite efforts to address it, they remain a constant problem, making the living environment uncomfortable. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend this place.”
