“lived here for 2 years, and I can say I enjoyed it in general, however the pool is not so good nor the gym, the view of the apartment is amazing with gulf view, there is a big issue in the AC that sometimes it doesn't work probably. I think it needs a lot of renovation and fixes to the facilities.”

“1- They are deceiving you 2- There is no one at the accommodation to understand more about the place 3- Their method and treatment on the phone is really bad and I do not advise anyone to book this place 4- They took my money and did not return it to me - and they deceive those who book with them for the first time and do not answer calls”

“I have stayed in the building for more than 3 years , the building is good , but the facility management staff these days are asking for visitation charges of 30 aed per visit of you have any issues in the house , further To fix the same another 30 is being charged and it’s 100 aed for any emergency visit , it’s all about making money and the attitude the staff has is ridiculous , just waiting for the contract to get over so that I can go to another building as many of the buildings don’t charge this as it’s covered in the annual maintenance charge ,”
