“I have been one of the first residents to move into this residence right after construction was completed, and I have lived in 3 different apartments here over the past 5 years. I must say that it offers great value for money. It was very difficult to find a better residence in Business Bay within this price range, though this will likely change with newly completed developments. To be fair, the security and management were exceptional during the first two years. Our quality of life was very high, rules were respected, and the overall community of residents was great. However, with the changes in management and security companies over the last 3 years, things have unfortunately been on a downward slope. At times, it feels as though the building is being neglected. On certain floors, living has become quite challenging due to some new residents who seem unfamiliar with the basic etiquette of community living. That being said, what truly makes a place beautiful and livable are the people inside it. When requests are communicated properly, the management does make the necessary changes. For instance, the cleaning company was replaced about 7-8 months ago, which successfully resolved the pest issue and made the hallways much fresher and cleaner. On the downside, a broken treadmill in the women's gym hasn't been fixed for a year, mostly because people simply don't report it. Rights and improvements are often things we receive when we voice our demands. Achieving a high quality of life within this price range is difficult when surrounded by indifference.”

“What a worst management , nothing can be done on time , even I moved out and still making a bunch of excuses to postpone refund deposit. Apartment is good , but why have this kind of worst management and agent”

“Disgusting managemant attitude and this unforgiveable security behavior against both owners and tenants. The only way to discuss and have managemant response is call Police immediately or via official channels in Dubai Rest App- MOLLAK Service Gateway - Complaints - Submit and follow with RERA directly to take action. Else they dnt bother to respond. The building value is getting seriously deteriorated because of this disgusting behavior.”
