“⭐️⭐️⭐️ Elite Sports Residence 2 – Dubai Sports City I recently visited this building and was pleasantly surprised. Even though it’s a 12-year-old building, it’s still in very good condition overall. 🏗️ The area is currently quite noisy due to ongoing construction of nearby buildings, and the entrance/outside area felt a bit dusty or dirty, likely because of that. Hopefully this improves once the construction is complete. 👮‍♂️ The security guard was friendly and helpful, and he’s available 24/7, which adds to the sense of safety. 💪 The amenities were well-maintained, including a gym, separate steam and sauna rooms for men and women, and a common swimming pool — all in good condition.…”

“4 stars for the room and building. As a new tenant 2 stars for the move-in process due to poor guidance, long waiting times even though you have baby back home u need to stand and wait, lack of seating, untrained staff, access issues, and being charged twice for AC inspection and cleaning ,without proper orientation for new tenant no explanation. Please ensure skilled, trained staff and receptionists are available so no new tenant has to face such a bad first impression before move in.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️ Elite Sports Residence 2 – Dubai Sports City I recently visited this building and was pleasantly surprised. Even though it’s a 12-year-old building, it’s still in very good condition overall. 🏗️ The area is currently quite noisy due to ongoing construction of nearby buildings, and the entrance/outside area felt a bit dusty or dirty, likely because of that. Hopefully this improves once the construction is complete. 👮‍♂️ The security guard was friendly and helpful, and he’s available 24/7, which adds to the sense of safety. 💪 The amenities were well-maintained, including a gym, separate steam and sauna rooms for men and women, and a common swimming pool — all in good condition. 🚌 There’s also an RTA bus stop nearby, which makes transportation much more convenient. Overall, a solid residential building in Dubai Sports City, with good amenities and access — though the surrounding construction does affect the immediate environment for now.”

“Building management named UNIVERSAL COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT LLC the worst management in Dubai. It is my fifth year here and Since they took over Elite 2 became a place we cannot call a home any more, unmanaged at all !!! Starting from maintenance, house keeping and security finishing with the inhumane way of dealing with the residents. My ejari was expired and while it was in process they rejected to activate my building access card. While i understand the it is important from security perspective , I totally don’t understand what am i supposed to do meantime. Despite back and forth emails and requests from security there was no resolution, I really dont understand the logic. Building management is nonsense and if it will the same I definitely will move out from this building just because of total noncooperative management. Unless this company will change I strongly recommend fon not consider this building your next home!!”

“Ok. So i have been waiting to write this review. Since 4 years now. The owner is nice, the building has its small problems but don't think of buying or renting here at all. The Management Company called Universal Community Management LLC is really bad. I don't want to go into pity details but it should improve the living, a vehicle to make things easy, they have made it a hell. So please stay away. Sarcastically it is a mismanagement company.”

“Reason for giving 4 star is Lack of Kids Play Area. I was planning to move here in Elite 2 but only reason stopping me is the Kids Play area, I have 1 year old daughter and i didn't find any play area for Kids at G floor or in surrounding.”

“Very clean and very well maintained building, quiet place to live, some new buildings are not as well maintained as elite 2 residence. Moving into this building is a good thing.”
