Also, food delivery riders frequently gather in front of the building and speak very loudly, especially late in the evening and after midnight, which can be quite uncomfortable for residents.

“The worst building in JVC. The construction quality and finishes are extremely cheap, even the elevators don't have mirrors. Sound insulation is practically nonexistent, and there is no proper thermal insulation for the water pipes, so even the cold water gets extremely hot.
The fire alarm system is poorly designed and goes off unnecessarily. The car parking has not been cleaned since the building was completed and is as dirty as a landfill. The gym is very small and lacks even basic equipment.
The only good for the building are location near exit and the swimming pool.”

“I don’t understand why some people are giving bad reviews. It’s a beautiful building with only four floors, no crowding or lift waiting. It’s close to the entry/exit, has plenty of free parking outside, and is near a park. Overall, it’s a very good property.”

“Never, under any circumstances, move into Elysee 3 by Pantheon. This is the worst house I've ever lived in. The territory is constantly dirty, neglected, dust, garbage and a feeling of abandonment everywhere. The gym is falling apart, like the whole house. Everything you see in photos and advertisements has nothing to do with reality. The house was built with gross violations: condensation is not being drained, so walls are constantly pounding, especially in the morning. Sleep is impossible - sounds come directly from neighboring units. The walls are cardboard-thin, you hear absolutely everything. Doors have giant gaps, no sound insulation and no sense of security. Moreover, the walls are actually collapsing, including inside apartments. Appliances are a separate nightmare. The refrigerator gives electric shocks, and after 3 months no one has fixed it. The bathroom plumbing constantly leaks, management's response is zero. Don't believe real estate agents. At all. This is an awful place: the house itself, the neighborhood, the apartments. Around it is wasteland, dirt, nothing, no infrastructure, complete feeling of a construction site and abandonment. I feel sorry for those who bought an apartment here. Thank God I'm just renting!!! Don't live here even for free. Elysee 3 by Pantheon is a case where it's only beautiful in the description, but in reality it's pure nightmare.”

“I'll support the young developer! Yes, the building has drawbacks, but all owners should understand in what segment and for what money they purchased the property. The building was never positioned as a premium segment. I'll note the advantages: excellent logistics, 200 meters from district exit, 12 minutes to Marina, 15-20 minutes to center, cozy neighborhood, a wonderful store with excellent selection Grandiose nearby, a very cozy park opposite the house. I believe that the shortcomings of sound insulation in apartments can be eliminated by calling a company that specializes in metal-plastic windows. Construction nearby will end, by the way, a very beautiful project is being built there, which will become the gem of the district, which means prices for apartments in Elysee 3 will rise.
