“Poor Quality building, no acoustics isolation you can hear everything from outside. The construction of the building on the back ( guzel towers) makes impossible to sleep. They work day and night, the all building vibrate for construction site. If the apartment is facing the construction, even worse. If not facing construction the vibration will wake you up at night. Building allows animals, dogs barking can be heard from every apartment. Acoustic isolation of the building itself is very bad, you can hear sounds from other apartments and from the street. Quality of the finishing is very very very bad. Stay away from this place.”

“The construction of Guzel towers is making thr full building shaking. They work day and night, impossible to sleep. Finishings in the apartments are very poor quality. No acoustic isolation from windows, main door and walls.”
