“building is very good but which company is managing ( luxe signature ) is such a bad company so frustrating they even not listen even u call them 10 time and 50 msgs in a day I live here still but 3 month ago i leave my old apartment then shift to new floor here same building i ask them deposit back they said after 20 days my deposit will back as policy i said ok then after 20 days i text them they said it will calculate then send i wait again then they do same things again and again with me 3 month past im so frustrated from them even i said i will take legel action against them then they told me my deposit is finish because i have pay for chiller and for towel which i use in 5 or 6 months like seriously in contract there is nothing mention i pay for chiller and for towel such a bad company please guys avoid ( luxe signature ) its ruin your mental peace if u get room from this company”

“The building management seriously needs to step up. The outside windows are filthy and covered in bird droppings — I can’t even look outside properly. It’s not something tenants can clean themselves, and it’s disgraceful that it’s been left like this. On top of that, the lifts are in terrible condition, with the vinyl peeling off and a bad smell every time you step inside. For a property of this standard, it’s unacceptable. Basic maintenance and cleanliness should be a priority, and it feels like the management just isn’t taking responsibility.”
