What one reviewer said

“I had an absolutely terrible experience living in this building. We only moved here because we had no other choice and had to rent an apartment in a hurry. If you’re considering renting here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The management is extremely disappointing. The building manager is incredibly slow to respond to requests, and many of the concierge staff struggle to understand even basic concerns, making communication frustrating. The building itself is poorly maintained. The swimming pool is often dirty, and there are frequent cockroach sightings both inside and around the building. The overall cleanliness is unacceptable, with common areas consistently looking neglected. T…”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. The building itself is poorly maintained. The swimming pool is often dirty, and there are frequent cockroach sightings both inside and around the building. The overall cleanliness is unacceptable, with common areas consistently looking neglected. The biggest issue is that management seems completely uninterested in maintaining the property or addressing residents’ concerns. There is a clear lack of care and accountability. I will definitely not be renewing my lease, and I cannot recommend this building to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place to live.”

“I lived for one year and it’s a quiet building. I had no complaints with my flat hence the landlord have it very well maintained. The cleaning of the common areas is a problem and the smell is not good. If one of the neighbours is making trouble, nobody can force them to behave properly. Sometime the garbage room is full of rubbish outside the chute and it’s a problem. Security is not friendly or polite at all.”

“I like my specific apartment, but the building still needs a lot of maintenance. The AC unfortunately doesn’t really work well, very hot and humid inside the apartments. And so many people are leaving personal belongings in the car parkings and their balconies are full of storage which looks really bad from outside. Staff are lovely and some improvements have been made. But still needs some work”

“The building is not significant new but the maintenance and amenities are somehow good. Lifts are well maintained and the cleanliness is fine, the garage is spacious compared to other buildings within the area. The access control and security devices are working properly. In general it is good option for families as also it is on top of Al Maya market which is easing the grocery purchase.”

“I was a resident for a year and there are a few things in which this building really does deserve a 1-star rating. The bathroom ceiling leaked on and off for weeks even will calls for service, and they eventually did fix it but never replaced the ceiling tiles and they remained missing for the rest of my stay there, despite complaining and putting in calls for service many times. A pipe burst in the middle of the night and flooded the kitchen, and emergency maintanence turned off the valves to cease the flooding, but stopped there. It wasn't fixed, even with significant water damage to the ceiling and surrounding cabinets. It took about 3 weeks for the water to work again, and 3 MONTHS for the ceiling and cabinets to be fixed. With constant complaining and calls to service. The fire alarm contantly triggered, night and day. At least twice a week, a loud, relentless alarm for no reason, which constantly interrupted my sleep and my work. I tried to tell dowstairs staff but they blew me off saying it'll stop and to wait it out. I was harrassed by another resident there, and when I told the lobby staff, they said, "he's crazy, we get complaints about him all the time, just avoid him." Like, seriously? You're going to do nothing? Even after apparently multiple people have complained about his abusive behavior? In general, I found the staff to be rude. They'd blow me off or gaslight me, and they'd be very annoyed if they actually needed to work on anything. I let them know once there was an issue with one of the lifts, and the immediate response was, "there's no issue, you're just doing it wrong." which was extremely insulting. I had to repeat myself for him to get out from behind the counter, roll his eyes and go look at it, and he needed to open the panel and reset the lift because, surprise surprise, there was an issue with it. He didn't ackowledge me as he ran back behind his counter. There are other issues and examples but I'm tired of typing.”

“The tower contains units for long-term and short-term rental. The place is clean and well-secured, but there is a problem with parking in the basement where some people do not stick to their assigned spaces.”

“One of the worst experiences, I advise avoiding from afar. Service, reception, below standard. They reluctantly help, make things difficult, mislead. When asked for any identifying data of persons to report service issues, they claim that… the law forbids them from providing data 🤭. They can't even give their name, though they have no problem asking for yours or your passport. After travels in Asia or Europe I didn't expect "such" a reception. If you count on any gestures from their side, forget about such hopes. Example: one day you can have fun with your family at the pool, others can even spend time with luggage, and the next day you can't enter with a soda bottle. I'm happy to share more comments or photos. Ps. The pool on Airbnb or booking looks ok, but it's not worth deciding on a rental offer because of it. There are much better options.”

“Thanks to New Management this building has done a 180. Facilities and amenities are being constantly maintained and updated. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Traffic is what should be expected in the Marina. Downstairs supermarket is clean and well stocked. Nice location for a single person or short term stays.”
