“I really loved living here until West Beach opened. All of the beach-side bars play loud music all day until late hours. We tried everything to get the sound at an acceptable level - police, in-person complaining, addressing the issue as a group of tenants, ... - unfortunately the loud music always comes back. Besides the noise, the prices (gym, swimming pool membership, bars, restaurants) also sky-rocketed. I really miss the old times!”

“Nice residential complex with beautiful view and we maintained facilities. The apartments are a bit ageing and require more maintenance but the location and view still outshines.”

“The worst 5 star residence - stay away ! The lifts are constantly all broken and all residents and staff must share just one lift which is complete chaos - especially in the mornings. The clubs just outside play loud music almost everyday - many times until 2 am and it’s impossible to sleep good. The garden smells like poo when they are watering it every day . I honestly don’t recommend . It’s supposed to be a 5 star residence but it is the level of zero stars . The only thing good here is the proximity to the beach. However the beach is disgusting , there is rubbish, plastic , food left overs all over the sand and even inside the water- and the hotel Fairmont who rents that beach will not do anything visible about it . I am exceptionally upset about such standards and truly didn’t expect it with a brand name such as Fairmont - especially since is located in one of the best and most exclusive places in Dubai .”
