The towers are Fairmont North Residence, The Fairmont Palm Residence North and The Fairmont Palm Residence South, the tallest of them 12 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2013. It has 5 lifts. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The Palm Jumeirah tram stop is a 27-minute walk. Within 800 metres there are 38 places to eat, 4 shops and 3 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as walkable. Registered rents start around AED 145k a year for a 1 bed.

“I really loved living here until West Beach opened. All of the beach-side bars play loud music all day until late hours. We tried everything to get the sound at an acceptable level - police, in-person complaining, addressing the issue as a group of tenants, ... - unfortunately the loud music always comes back. Besides the noise, the prices (gym, swimming pool membership, bars, restaurants) also sky-rocketed. I really miss the old times!”

“Best residential complex in Dubai on Palm Jumeirah. Nearby is a gorgeous promenade, cafes, restaurants, shopping center and park. You can walk everywhere instead of taking a taxi. Excellent pool in the residence, quiet and peaceful. And if you want something loud and fun, you can go to the hotel pool.”

“Nice residential complex with beautiful view and we maintained facilities. The apartments are a bit ageing and require more maintenance but the location and view still outshines.”

“The worst 5 star residence - stay away ! The lifts are constantly all broken and all residents and staff must share just one lift which is complete chaos - especially in the mornings. The clubs just outside play loud music almost everyday - many times until 2 am and it’s impossible to sleep good. The garden smells like poo when they are watering it every day . I honestly don’t recommend . It’s supposed to be a 5 star residence but it is the level of zero stars . The only thing good here is the proximity to the beach. However the beach is disgusting , there is rubbish, plastic , food left overs all over the sand and even inside the water- and the hotel Fairmont who rents that beach will not do anything visible about it . I am exceptionally upset about such standards and truly didn’t expect it with a brand name such as Fairmont - especially since is located in one of the best and most exclusive places in Dubai .”

“Dirty building. Old pool with shitty sunbeds. The children's pool is not safe, with tiles torn off. The worst building I've ever lived in! There are always renovations going on somewhere! There's noise all the time! Flies and midges everywhere! Problem with the air conditioning which is not solvable. Why pay for 3 rooms if 2 of them cannot be used!”
