“Good building, better built in all Deyaar buidlings on Marasi Drive. Good views of Burj Khalifah. Management is also pretty good. Only issue is that thet don't have a lay by parking to drop off passengers or taxis to stop. Rest is all fine. There is visitors parking available inside building on basement floor and also a huge RTA parking is just beside the building.”
