“Best place to live. Location is premium, Building is very clean and well maintained. The view is amazing, parking is available, amenities are amazing, security and reception team are very cooperative.Close to shopping malls, supermarkets and resturants.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with the building security, Osman. His manner was repeatedly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Security staff should make residents feel safe and supported, but his attitude was the opposite. I hope the building management takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of professionalism expected from front-of-house staff.”

“Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the building security, Osman. He was consistently rude, confrontational, and disrespectful. This is not the level of professionalism residents should receive from someone responsible for security and dealing with people on a daily basis. His attitude creates an uncomfortable environment for residents and visitors. Building management should take this matter seriously, investigate it properly, and ensure that staff understand basic standards of respect and customer service.”

“There is no delivery parking here. If there is no delivery parking, then what is the point of building this building? You will get curses from us morning and evening. The police will come and give you a fine. The parking attendant will come and give you a fine. We don't come here of our own free will, we come here when we are invited, otherwise we have no desire to come here where we don't get any respect and honor.”
