“The bldg is one of the older ones, but they are spacious. Common areas are maintained well. Rooftop is amazing for hosting/BBQ. The downside----- The damac team- supervisors and security in the bldg are there to make your life miserable. They require such lengthy documentation and approvals for literally everything. They annoyed us until the last min of move out and didnt allow us to move the boxes till they got some paper document which was extremely silly and delayed us. Instead of making life easy for the tenant, they make it extremely difficult, dramatic and are disrespectful. I'm so happy i moved out and removed this stress point out of my life”
