About Forte

Forte is a development of two towers in Downtown Dubai, Dubai. The towers are Forte 1 and Forte Tower 2. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2015. It has 2 lifts. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro station is a 8-minute walk, and the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop is 10 minutes away. Within 800 metres there are 65 places to eat, 9 shops and 6 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 114k a year for a 1 bed.

“The noise dampening on the doors and windows are not suitable. The construction from the two buildings across the street is 24-7 with floodlights on. The noise from the street is insanely loud from people reving their engines, motorcycles, and honking! Even at 2 in the morning! It's non-stop!”

“The hotel location is very nice and opposite Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The hotel is very clean and their treatment is very classy, God willing it won't be the last time we visit it ❤️‍🩹”

“THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. ITS OUR HOME I’ve lived here for two years so I don’t know who you guys think yall are to put bad reviews here as I love my building and I love the staff yall are holiday home rentals , let me tell yall something if you don’t like it LEAVE , because no one in this building likes yall , yall are annoying yall are loud and no one wants yall here , thank you for reading and wasting my time. Have a great day and go stay at a HOTEL.”

“Wallah Worst place to book .. dirty place ,very bad smell , no respect customers . They try any way no take from security deposit . Wallah if there is below of one star I will give them .”

“I went in this tower morning around 10.30 am today June 22,2025.. the security was very rude to me as I left my items on the corner, first thing I was badly needed washroom then I was looking for reception for more than 5 minutes but there was no body there, and I really can't wait( to ask where am I able to keep my things and where's the washroom) no one there... After done washroom I meet the security on the elevator and he was threatening me looking for my id as he will make complaint why I left my things there and it was not allowed, I explained him but he was not listening to me even took photo of our van. And went down to the loading bay to get my id number... We all human no matter what the job we all do. Really disappointed”
