“I’ve been living here for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a really good experience. The building is always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the management actually cares about keeping things running smoothly. Anytime I needed something, the team was quick to respond and helpful, which makes a big difference. The place feels safe, quiet, and comfortable—just a nice environment to come home to after a long day. Overall, I’m really happy living here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a good place to stay.”

“Great building!! I envy the people who got a house there. The view is one of the greatest in JVC, especially for upper floors. The location, the space and amenities are just great!”

“I was there in November 2025 when they did a fire alarm test on Sunday morning. Nobody knew what was going on. As we went downstairs the concierge told us it was only a test. Is that difficult to hang a note on the elevator informing about it? Careless, unorganized and completely disastrous management.”

“They're not human. I was just arriving from a trip and went to reception. I asked to use the restroom, and they gave me the key. When I went to the restroom and opened the door, I was met with an unbearable, filthy stench. Is this a luxurious building with a beautiful reception area inside? All this filth! A disgusting place!”

“The security people of this building are so rude. They do not know how to behave with clients. I was there with my agent for viewing and they literally yelled at my agent for not having the proper documents instead of calmly informing about the required documents. First of all they have no etiquettes. There were two male and one female. I think the male were from Nepal. I went there on 19th december 2025 at about 4.15 pm. I think damac should consider firing these concierge as they are just deteriorating the reputation of this building as these people have no public sense. Damac you need to do better.”
