“The hotel is beautiful and luxurious and the service is excellent, but when there are visitors there is a long wait to go up in the elevator, minimum 10 minutes. This is the only problem I faced, other than that everything is excellent and the prices are above average for rent.”

“High end residential building in the heart of Sheikh Zayed Road near the DIFC area. This building is owned by one of the most prestigious real estate companies in Dubai, Altayer Properties. Very spacious apartments with great and family oriented layouts, all apartments have pretty much 270 degrees open views with the windows stretch from floor to ceiling. The reception is very nice with three doors leading to the elevators guarded by well trained and respectful security. The building comes with multi-storey parking in a separate building behind the tower. Highly recommend for big families seeking a lavish living in the heart of Dubai. Visitors parking available in the service road in front of the building with lots of spaces 24/7 so don’t worry about your visitors not finding a parking”
