“One of the best building in warsan 4. You name the amenities... they have it! A large podium level with big size swimming pool, a really good seating area with barbecue spot. Multipurpose play area for both adults and kids. Really spacious gym. Co-working space, yoga area, indoor games, etc. I loved it.”

From Google Reviewers
Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Apart from all the glitz and glam of the building considering this building is new but their maintenance is pathetic with regards to ac. I have complained for more than 2 weeks but none of their team or ac companies know what the issue is. Shepherd company or the the maintenance team is good for nothing , they are not technically sound to deal with problems and sort it out, they only saw warranty and stuff but when it comes to solving the issue none of the staff or management knows anything and they shoo it away.”

“Living at Glorius Central Residences has been a fantastic decision for our family. It’s rare to find a place in Dubai that perfectly balances modern, luxury living with a true sense of community. The kids absolutely love the dedicated play area, and having the pool and landscaped gardens right at our doorstep makes our weekends so much more enjoyable. It’s quiet, secure, and incredibly well-connected to major hubs, which takes the stress out of our daily commute. If you are looking for a place where your children can grow and you can truly feel at home, this is it!”

“This is easily one of the nicest community-style homes in Warsan. The amenities are well planned, the kids’ play areas are safe and welcoming, and the location makes daily living very convenient. All of this comes at a price that’s hard to believe for what you get”

“Glorious Central ,
Modern Building with Excellent Quality – Great Location Near Metro
This is a newly constructed residential building in Warsan 4, International City, and I’m very impressed with the overall quality. The finishing, materials, and layout are all top-notch, especially compared to other buildings in the same price range.
One of the biggest advantages is the proximity to the Metro station, making commuting around Dubai extremely convenient.
The building is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe. Ideal for working professionals or small families who want affordable housing with easy access to public transport.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new home in International City.”

“I’m truly impressed with Glorious Central Residences by Glorious Future Real Estate Development. The project stands out for its modern design, smart layouts, and attention to detail. The location in Al Warsan is up-and-coming, and the pricing is very competitive, especially considering the range of high-quality amenities being offered – from a rooftop gym and pool to smart home access.”

“Oh my God. One of the best team we have ever worked with. the whole cool and energetic team. Especially Mr. Richard and Anux. I must say, they have worked really hard on this apartment. They have made sure during the construction that each corner of the apartment is beneficial and planned it so well and constructed so beautifully for their clients. The parking lots to the amenities everything is constructed so well. Hats off to the entire team. Many more to come. InshaAllah.”
