“One of the best building in warsan 4. You name the amenities... they have it! A large podium level with big size swimming pool, a really good seating area with barbecue spot. Multipurpose play area for both adults and kids. Really spacious gym. Co-working space, yoga area, indoor games, etc. I loved it.”

“Glorious Central , Modern Building with Excellent Quality – Great Location Near Metro This is a newly constructed residential building in Warsan 4, International City, and I’m very impressed with the overall quality. The finishing, materials, and layout are all top-notch, especially compared to other buildings in the same price range. One of the biggest advantages is the proximity to the Metro station, making commuting around Dubai extremely convenient. The building is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe. Ideal for working professionals or small families who want affordable housing with easy access to public transport. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new home in International City.”

“This is easily one of the nicest community-style homes in Warsan. The amenities are well planned, the kids’ play areas are safe and welcoming, and the location makes daily living very convenient. All of this comes at a price that’s hard to believe for what you get”
