Three lifts serve them, roughly 59 homes each. There is a swimming pool. On foot it rates as car required. Registered rents start around AED 55k a year for a 1 bed.

“I remember 3 Months ago we lived in Golf Views for 2 years. The view of the balcony was very nice and the paddle courts that are nearby are a nice place to meet. But living now in Gotha, Germany i can truly say that living there felt more like a prison than a resort. Here I can go jogging in a park around castle Friedenstein "peace stone" meet people on benches and chat outside in the forrest. In Golf Views we were not even allowed to post one single flyer on the community board and it felt isolated and lonely. Paying here 1/5 of the rent (2800aed/month) for a 3 bedroom apartment also adds to the peace of mind. There is a little market every week reachable by foot and we are going to sell ou…”

There is a little market every week reachable by foot and we are going to sell our family own olive oil there. Yes its not just about the big cooperations here. Germany is still by the people for the people. It has autheticity, nature and the food is compared to dubai a whole different world. If you are thinking about moving to golf views consider Germany first.”

“A very pleasant and peaceful new community. Has amazing views and very serene, perfect for families. However it lacks the groceries, and basic amenities. Also ordering food is very difficult cause the security sucks, u have to Register at block A and then go back all the way to other blocks, not all blocks have reception as of now. Which is killing the positive vibes of this amazing community.”
